Auto Mechanics & Auto Service Technicians
Bob Rohrman Kenosha Nissan is looking for an Experienced Automotive Technician to join our service team. In this position you will quickly and efficiently perform routine maintenance, identify the cause of breakdowns, and repair them using the most optimal solution. If you possess the desire to make a great atmosphere even better, you could be the perfect fit.

Responsibilities:
  • Routine inspections
  • System diagnostics
  • Full automotive troubleshooting and testing
  • Building upon your knowledge of industry-standard tools and equipment
  • Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology
  • Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur
  • Maintains an organized neat and safe bay

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an automotive technician preferred
  • Solid mechanical skills
  • Valid driver license with clean driving record

Bob Rohrman Kenosha Nissan is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor or Assistant Service Manager to work at our busy Nissan dealership. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong CSI and selling skills to assist our customers with all of their service needs. Strong customer service skills are a must.

Responsibilities:
  • Selling service products
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Generating estimates
  • Conducting post-repair follow-up
  • Resolving customer complaints

Requirements:
  • ADP/CDK computer experience is a plus, but not necessary
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong selling skills
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Superior communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver license with clean driving record
